For Mac users, hold down "CTRL" button while clicking the picture you want to download, then choose "Save Image To Desktop." And you will find the downloaded image on your desktop. For PC users, "Right Click" on the image you want to download, then choose "Save Image As...". Another window will pop up for you to fill in the file name you want as well as where you want to save the file.
